Josh Cable: Josh Cable is a zealous commercialization expert who lives to bring new innovations to market. He is currently president and founder of T2M Advisors, an advisory, coaching, and education firm focused onearly-stage energy and material innovators. From 2018 to 2024, Josh served as the CEO of InventWood, a growth company commercializing a portfolio of advanced wood materials. Since emerging from a lab at the University of Maryland, InventWood hasraised nearly $100 M in investor and non-dilutive capital and was named as one of Time Magazine’s top Cleantech companies of 2025. Earlier in his career, Josh served in business strategy, product management, marketing, and analytics roles for Capital Group, one of the world’s largest asset managers.
Josh graduated with a BA from Harvard University and holds the CFA designation. He lives in Southern California with his wife, two kids, and two cats.Junaith Haja: Junaith Haja is a Senior Data Engineer and engineering leader at Amazon, specializing in large-scale data platforms, risk analytics, and AI-driven data solutions. He has led the design of enterprise data ecosystems serving thousands of customers, delivering high-impact initiatives in fraud prevention, data governance, lakehouse architecture, and operational excellence. Junaith is also an author, speaker, and recognized industry contributor, with publications and presentations focused on modern data engineering, analytics, and AI.
