Bhutia and his dedicated team from the Indian Consulate in Chicago, alongside representatives from VFS Global and local office staff. Adding to the significance of the occasion, Indian Ambassador Mr. Vinay Kwatra addressed the gathering virtually from Washington, D.C., emphasizing the importance of this expansion for the Michigan Indian diaspora.
